Welcome to the Lower Cape PMC Kids Ride!

Welcome to the Lower Cape Kid’s PMC Ride! Get GEARED up for FUN! Stay tuned, the 2020 date will be announced soon!

This year will be our 14th Lower Cape Ride. We will honor a special child in treatment at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as our pedal partner.  We will also celebrate our previous pedal partner, Sawyer Craig.  Many of you know him as “Super Sawyer”. He is now cancer free! It is an honor to support these children and their families. Let’s come together as a community and show them our love!

Just like the adult PMC ride, our Kids Ride will raise money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). And, just like the adult ride, 100% of all rider-raised donations will go straight to the Jimmy Fund and used to support cancer research, patient care and families of treated patients.

The Lower Cape PMC Kids Ride is a way for children to become involved in philanthropy and community activities at an early age while learning the valuable lesson of how good it feels to do something that benefits others. At the same time, the ride promotes a healthy and active lifestyle.

We also want to celebrate the kids that participate in the ride and teach them that they can have a great time doing something while helping others. We will have music, games, PMC temporary tattoos, face painting, and an ice cream truck! Bring family and friends, let’s celebrate the Lower Cape PMC spirit together!

Register to Ride

Parents will need to create an account or log in with an existing account in order to register their child or family. When creating an account, please enter the parent's information first as there will be a separate part in registration to enter the child's information. During registration there is the option to join or create a team, as well as create a family page. Parents will need to sign a waiver and commit to the $35 fundraising minimum per rider.

Once registration is complete, parents will receive an email with information on how to log into their management page to customize donation pages and to track donations.

Register to Volunteer

To make this a successful event we need lots of volunteers! Teenagers (13+) and adults are welcome to register online as a volunteer. All volunteers will receive an official PMC Kids Rides volunteer t-shirt!

Sponsorship Opportunities

The Lower Cape PMC Kids Rides relies on local sponsors to help keep costs low and so that the PMC can continue to donate 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. If you or your company are interested in becoming a sponsor or to donate items (pizza, ice cream, snacks, sporting tickets, gift cards, baskets, etc) please click on the button below.
