The ride this year will be VIRTUAL! Sign up to be a virtual rider and raise money for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute!
We encourage riders to get creative when deciding what their virtual ride means to them. Whether it is a social distance ride around your neighborhood or a long bike ride with your family - it is up to you to decide!
7:30 am – Check in at Weston Middle School and pick up your rider packet which will include an official t-shirt, water bottle and other goodies!
8:30 am – RIDE!
8:30 - 10 am – Fun with games, food, music and more!
Riders can choose their own route for this year’s virtual ride. Talk to your parents and family members and get creative when creating the route you will ride. Have fun with it - ride loops in your neighborhood or plan for a longer bike ride with your family. Set-up your own water stop or make fun chalk drawings in the street for encouragement.
Please make sure to follow all public health regulations and guidelines for your area, while practicing safe social distancing. See the “Safety” section below for more tips.
Parents will need to create an account or log in with an existing account in order to register their child or family. When creating an account, please enter the parent's information first as there will be a separate part in registration to enter the child's information.
Once registration is complete, parents will receive an email with information on how to log into their management page to customize donation pages and to track donations.
As the ride is virtual there is no registration fee or fundraising commitment. As such, riders will not receive the traditional goodie bag this year.
Virtual riders do not have a fundraising commitment, however we encourage all riders to set a fundraising goal to help raise money for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. 100% of all rider-raised dollars will go directly to lifesaving cancer research and treatment.
Riders who go above and beyond with their fundraising will be recognized as All Star, Heavy Hitters or Breakaway Fundraisers and will receive a special gift in recognition of their fundraising efforts.
Donate online or by check. Checks can be made payable to the Pan-Mass Challenge or PMC. Please send all checks to:
PMC Kids Rides
77 4th Ave
Needham, MA 02494
Make sure that the rider's name is listed so they can receive credit!
Please follow all public health regulations and guidelines for your area while biking in your neighborhood. Limit large groups of unrelated bikers and practice safe, social distancing.
Since the ride has gone virtual, we do not have any volunteer opportunities this year. The PMC encourages all volunteers to consider becoming a PMC Virtual Rider. You'll need to log in using a PMC account (not a PMC Kids Rides account) to set up your virtual ride.
You can ask that your fundraising be directed towards the Weston PMC Kids Ride by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The Weston PMC Kids Rides relies on local sponsors to help keep costs low and so that the PMC can continue to donate 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. If you or your company are interested in becoming a sponsor or to donate items (pizza, ice cream, snacks, sporting tickets, gift cards, baskets, etc) please click on the button below.
